Enrollment Process
LIMITED SPACE AVAILABLE
In order for your child to attend Grace Christian Preschool, there are just three steps you will need to complete.
The steps are:
STEP ONE – Complete the On-Line Enrollment Form
1. Click the Gradelink enrollment link to complete the on-line form.
>> RETURNING STUDENT GRADELINK
*Gradelink School ID# 127
2. Fill in the requested fields on Gradelink and select the “Submit” button.
*This on-line form serves a dual purpose. It tells us of your intention to send your child to Grace and serves as their emergency form.
STEP TWO – Complete Enrollment Confirmation Form and pay enrollment fee of $175
1. Select this Preschool Enrollment Confirmation Form
2. Print, complete and sign form.
3. Turn form into Preschool office with your payment attached.
STEP THREE – Complete the Requirements from California Department of Social Service
Please obtain the following forms from our preschool office:
>> Physician report
>> Personal rights
>> Parents rights
Bring a copy of the following:
>> Immunization record (Yellow Card)
Additional Preschool fees throughout the year:
>> Field Trips
>> Chapel Shirt
>> Pre-K and Transitional K: $25.00 Curriculum Fee
We have computers/printers at Grace that you can use to complete this process if needed.
