Steps to Enroll in Preschool
We encourage you to tour the preschool facilities, learn about our school, and ask questions.
In order for your child to attend Grace Christian Preschool, there are just three steps you will need to complete.
The steps are:
STEP ONE – Complete the On-Line Enrollment Form
1. Click the Gradelink enrollment link to complete the online form.

*Gradelink School ID# 127
2. Fill in the requested fields on Gradelink and select the “Submit” button.
*This on-line form serves a dual purpose. It tells us of your intention to send your child to Grace and serves as their emergency form.
STEP TWO – Complete the Enrollment Confirmation Form and pay the annual enrollment fee of $200
1. Select this Preschool Enrollment Confirmation Form
2. Print, complete, and sign the form.
3. Turn the form into the Preschool office with your payment attached.
STEP THREE – Complete Social Service Requirements and other forms below or obtain them from our preschool office:
- Physician Report
- Personal Rights
- Parents Rights
- Security Key Card
- Child Care Center Notification for Parents
- Grace Automated Payment Authorization
- Medical Treatment
Bring a copy of the following:
>> Immunization record (Yellow Card)
Additional Preschool fees throughout the year:
>> Special Activities
>> Grace Spirit T-shirt
>> Pre-K and Pre-K PLUS: $25.00 Curriculum Fee
We have computers/printers at Grace that you can use to complete this process if needed.

Steps to Enroll in K-8
PART ONE – Complete the On-Line Enrollment Form

PART TWO – Complete Enrollment fee of $250
For new families please complete the following steps:
1. Select this Enrollment Confirmation Form
2. Print, complete, and sign the form.
3. Turn the form in to the school office with your payment attached.
PART THREE – Complete your FACTS financial arrangement for your tuition payment.
**This step ONLY needs to be completed if you are setting up a monthly payment plan.

2. Complete steps to set up your FACTS account.
PLEASE NOTE: Grace Christian School has a Tuition Assistance program for families that qualify. You can apply for Tuition Assistance through FACTS Tuition Aid.

Tuition Aid for Preschool-8
To apply for tuition assistance you must first complete the Gradelink online application. Then return to this page, read the information and click on the FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment link near the bottom of the page.

FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment conducts the financial need analysis for Grace Lutheran Schools each school year. Families applying for financial aid will need to complete an application and submit the necessary supporting documents to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment by April 15th of each year. Applicants can apply online beginning February 1st of each year at https://online.factsmgt.com/aid
The following information is required in order for FACTS to process your application:
- Completed online application.
- Payment of the $35 application fee.
- Copies of your most recent 2 years tax return including all schedules.
- Copies of your W-2’s for both you and your spouse.
- Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Worker’s Compensation, and TANF.
